Sapphire Concilium only shows categories, forums, and topics your account may access.
- Open the relevant category and forum.
- Use search, active topics, or your activity hub to locate a discussion.
- Create a topic when you have posting permission, or reply to an existing open topic.
- Watch the status: some forums publish immediately, while others send content to moderation.

The editor uses safe SapphireMarkup instead of raw HTML. Its toolbar inserts supported tags for bold, italic, quotes, code, links, and lists.
- Use preview before submitting.
- Insert emoticons from the editor catalogue.
- Upload images through the attachment form; size and count limits apply.
- Do not publish passwords, tokens, personal data, or restricted material.
Subscriptions, notifications, and unread topicsHow to follow discussion updates.
A subscription belongs to your account and does not disclose private account data to other members.
- Enable or disable a subscription from the topic.
- Use the subscription center to review or disable selected subscriptions in bulk.
- The activity hub shows recent, unread, and participated discussions.
- Mark in-app notifications as read. Email delivery is available only when configured by an administrator.
Polls, reports, and safetyHow to use polls and report problematic content.
A poll may allow one or several choices, vote changes, and a specific result-visibility rule. The applicable behavior is shown with the poll.
- Vote only from your own account.
- If content breaks the rules, use Report and choose the closest reason.
- The report goes to authorized moderators and is not a public reply.
- Do not place sensitive data in a report. Use the owner’s private channel for a security incident.
